FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your VeOrganics purchase, so if you are not absolutely satisfied, simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your invoice date.

To return a product, please send an email to veorganics@gmail.com with the reason you would like to return your product and we will provide a return authorization number and our return shipping address. We cannot insure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and correct return address. We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

Please Note: Only items purchased on www.veorganics.com may be accepted for return.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at veorganics@gmail.com.


SALE ITEMS

Only full priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on sale items.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States

What are your shipping options and cost?

Please allow 2 business days processing time after you place your order to be prepared for shipping.

For Canada:

  • Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 for orders with a subtotal under $99 (after any discounts have been applied) and free for orders with a subtotal over $99 (after any discounts have been applied)

For the United States:

  • Standard shipping is a flat rate of $20 for orders with a subtotal under $99 (after any discounts have been applied)

  • Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 for orders with a subtotal over $99 and under $150 (after any discounts have been applied)

  • Standard shipping is free for orders with a subtotal over $150 (after any discounts have been applied)
